This is how to make an autoblog on your self hosted wordpress blog. But beware, google is really doesnt like the autos, any impact you achive is out of my responsibility
What will you need:
The most important thing is - what will my blog be about? Something legal or illegal? A warez blog or for example a health & wellness blog? Make sure you choose the good one, one that interests you and the other the most. Try to find something unique
Get a hosting.
Again, it depends what kind of server you are looking for - something legal or illegal?
Look good around and choose the best one that suits your requirements.
Choosing a domain name.
Domain name is a really important factor when it comes to SEO.
If you take sport as niche for example, a great domain could be "sportnews.com" or "sport.com". Of course the top domain names are already taken so you have to think off something unique.
Once you got a good name, related to your niche, go and buy your domain at Namecheap or Godaddy (most popular ones, but there are some other domain registrars as well)
Let's go to the next step - getting WordPress.
Imagine you have your domain and hosting already, everything is installed & set up.
Make sure you create a database using a control panel for domains, for example cPanel or DirectAdmin.
Make also a new user and give it all rights on the database you just created.
Go to WordPress official website and download the latest release, link:
Download it, unzip and upload it to your server via FTP (you can also do it via SSH if you have access to it).
If you go to your domain you will get a Wordpress installation page, where you have to fill in all Database info (user, user pass, DB name and location - example: user:123456,pass:98745,DB name: sport, location: localhost)
Wordpress will automatically install it for you
Installing Plugins.
Once your Wordpress is installed and running smoothly, it's time to install some essential plugins to make our blog running on auto-pilot. The best plugin in this case is the wp-o-matic plugin for wordpress.
Download from the official WP site:
Download it and upload to your /wp-content/plugins folder, and install it via your wp-admin CP.
=> Setting up wp-o-matic (this one will be really detailed)
Go to wp-o-matic, it's located in the Settings sidebar and install it, only few steps.

Now you will see this panel on the left:

Click on "Add Campaigns"

Give it a title, campaign slug will be auto-filled in.
Now, go to feeds and add there some feeds from your favorite sites, for example, I'm setting up a warez blog, I get my RSS from few other warez blogs:

Go to next tab to select in which category you want those post to be posted.

Rewrite tab give you the opportunities to rewrite some keywords from the feeds, example:

Last tab, the Options tab is the most important, as here you choose how often (Frequency) to the bot should check the feeds and fetch the new content. Also, how many topics/posts per every fetch (Max items to create on each fetch).

Once you are ready, hit the Submit button on the right:

And voilĂ , your first campaign is up and almost running, now, go to next step to set up a cron!
Set up a CRON job.
Go back to the Dashboard and in the left sidebar choose options:

You will see here all needed codes for setting up a cron job, via a Cron command or WebCron-ready URL:

Choose the one you wish and add it on your server - you can do it via cPanel, DirectAdmin or even SSH. In my example, I used cPanel and have chosen the first option:

All done, you are now running an auto-blog
OK, I'm sure people will ask, what can you do with such a blog? Why spend my time and money?
If you want to earn some $$, you have to invest and be patient.
It's not that your just created blog will appear on Google and it will hit a few thousand of visitors per day on the next day. Nope...
PATIENCE... let it do the job, let it be indexed, let it get some traffic.
Once you notice that more and more people visit your blog, focus more on the content, make it uniquer and eventually add some ads. And ADS = money
Clever no?
